I shopped the market for an Audi R8 for a total of 6 months. Eventually I was able to locate a beautiful unit 2600 miles away at Audi Ft. Washington.  2022, certified used R8 with 415 miles!!
Ken Reese was excellent!  Going above and beyond to ensure my purchase experience was best in class, regardless of my actual location or proximity to the dealership. Sending photos, videos, text communication, and phone calls to create a red carpet buying experience. It didn’t stop there Judy King followed that up with premier support during the no hassle financing process. Scheduling a mobile notary timely, walking me through critical steps and closing the deal!  If that wasn’t enough, my vehicle arrived with Audi family goodies and swag!

I’ve been working with the crew at Fort Washington Audi for the last 4 years. Yaw (sales rep) and Ryan (technology expert) have been awesome. If you want to purchase an Audi, I’d recommend seeing these two! I gave Yaw a number that we needed to be at after relinquishing our 2021 A6 (due to lease expiration) and he made it happen…and then Ryan comes in off the bench and absolutely slam dunks the technology connection and followed up several days after purchase! This is a winning team!!!

Overall the experience was great! I made the initial inquiry online on Auto Trader after business hours and received a response first thing the next morning. I was able to set an early appointment time and Antonella was very helpful throughout the whole process. Nick did a great job explaining the numbers and going over different financing options that worked best for me. Ryan installed the roof racks and gave me his card to follow up with if I had any tech related questions in the future.

There was some delay in getting out the door due to the detailing process (understandable for the last day of the month), but I appreciated the thorough job that was done.

And I would suggest educating customers on the My Audi App during the lull time in the signing paperwork process or somewhere along the way. There are some security features that require a vehicle code or other information available at a dealer. Not the biggest deal in the world but if that can be taken care of prior to driving off of the lot that would be great.
