I recently relocated to Minneapolis and after being here for a few months purchased my first vehicle at Audi Minneapolis, and the experience for a first time car buyer was 10/10. I worked with Sterling for a few weeks, and finally commit to a vehicle I absolutely adored. Sterling was so helpful and personable throughout the whole process, and as a younger female who knows absolutely nothing about cars, he did a great job explaining different concepts and how the whole process works. Once I was ready to sign I worked with Monica, who was fabulous and made the whole experience come together. I absolutely recommend this dealership, and am so happy with my first new car!!!

Rory did an excellent job in helping me buy my first used EV. She embraced the philosophy of helping and serving the customer and I noticed it during my whole purchasing process (from the first call to later post purchase warranty resolutions). I can tell there was a great customer first culture based on how they answered my questions and resolved my concerns, and it was supported by their management. The dealership was also going through an ownership change and they worked hard to make it seamless for me, as the customer. Great dealership, super friendly, candid and helpful.

This service visit was the best customer service I’ve ever received at this dealership. My past experiences have been great but this was amazing. The waiting time was less than what they said it was. Everyone was friendly and accommodating! Washed the car and sprayed down the car mats! So Happy!

Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling my oil change was easy - all online and I was able to change the date and time easily through the online portal. When coming in for my appointment, it was busy but I was greeted. The desk agents even showed me into the waiting area where there was plenty of seating, a study room with desks, a kitchen area with a wide variety of hot/cold drinks and snacks, kids area with toys (big plus for me as I had my baby with me!) TVs for watching shows/news and plenty of reading material. Service was great. I got a text with a video explaining what had been done, what the mechanic recommended and other bits and explanations all before they wrapped up. A service agent then came and got me from the waiting area, explained the work done again, any quotes I requested and had me on my way in no time. Atmosphere was overall really relaxing and pleasant and I enjoyed waiting while my vehicle was being serviced. I feel I could bring my laptop next time and get work done while waiting. Price wise - I probably would have paid less at a garage closer to my house. But I trust the work was done well and right. I definitely will come again for servicing my Audi. Thanks Audi Minneapolis!
