The best customer service ever from Tom Russell and Jason, sales manager. Tom greeted us immediately. He was polite, friendly, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and caring about customer service. He showed us many vehicles including Porsche used and Audi. He took time to explain the car features, price, warranty etc. This person was very helpful and patient with us and explained all our questions. He was best car salesperson we’ve ever dealt with in our lives. Jason sales manager even helped us with the purchase of the vehicle and pricing. An awesome team at Audi. We recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle. We traveled from Muscle Shoals, Alabama 2.5 hours away but worth the drive for an excellent service. Before going to Audi dealership, we went to Porsche dealership next door, we wanted a Porsche Cayenne for my wife but no one bothered to attend to us. We spent over 45 minutes waiting for assistance , after talking to numerous staff but no one cared for our needs. We realized that Porsche Nashville did not care about customers after hanging around showroom for over 45 minutes.
Therefore we decided to go to next door to Audi dealership and what an amazing service and customer service. Kudos to everyone at Audi, Nashville and a huge thank you to Tom Russell ????

I got a great deal on a used Audi that I love. The staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. I've been to some dealers where they try to pressure you to upgrade vehicles, or add tons of extras to the financing, but got none of that here. Great car. Great price. Solid value on my trade-in.
