Best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I worked with Sean Bishop, he made the entire process unbelievably easy and seamless. He was professional, communicative, honest, and extremely helpful every step of the way. This is my first Audi and Sean took his time showing and telling me everything I need to know about my new car. I spoke with 2 other Audi dealers before reaching out to Audi South Atlanta, but didn’t get the same level of service as I did here. If you’re looking at Audi’s, I highly recommend reaching out to Sean. He really was excellent to work with. I love my new car!

TJ the salesperson, was absolutely amazing during my initial visit to test drive the vehicle and my return visit to purchase the vehicle. He really answered all of my questions and made me excited to become a member of the Audi family. Kelly, the financial manager was amazing as well. Audi South on Jonesboro Rd was awesome to work with!  From the minute we entered the beautiful, modern show room we were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming  receptionist and approached by our salesman, KP!  KP was very knowledgeable about Audi he was professional yet friendly and was helpful in answering our questions and guiding us in our thought process.  Because of KP,  I knew after the first visit that this was the dealership that would give me the best overall experience. From sales, test driving and cost discussion with KP, management with Bobby, and financing/deal closing/paperwork with Kelly the process was smooth and  a good use of time. I wouldn’t hesitate to go to this dealership again and look forward to Audi on Jonesboro Rd handling my automotive needs in the future.
