Probably the best auto purchase experience I’ve ever had and it was all done long distance as I live in CT and the dealer was in PA. My salesman Curtis answered all my question quickly and in great detail. He provided me a custom detailed walk around video of the car to show me the car as well as to point out specific things I asked him to look at for me. Curtis always responded to my messages (even when he was off work!) and was very transparent about the whole process . He also helped me find a shipper who could deliver the car and within a couple days of my sending back my paperwork via FedEx, the car was in my driveway. Curtis continued to answer my questions even after the deal was done and the car delivered. Cannot recommend this dealership and my salesman Curtis enough! Great experience.

We came to shop pre-owned and were treated like we were the most important people in the room. No pressure, just human interaction to learn more about our interests and needs. Alex has been taking good care of me since I bought my new car from them in February.  He has been readily available to answer questions I have had about the car’s features and functions, (which are many).
Used their service department for the first time the other day and didn’t really know what to expect.  I have always been skeptical of using a car dealership’s service department for the first time.  I was surprised.  Joe the service manager took good care of me.   He told me how long the wait would be in advance, pointed me to a nice waiting area, and explained their process to me. They also did a short walk-around-the-car video explaining what they had done and performed a visual inspection.   The experience left me with a good first impression.
Also,  during the same visit, Curtis from sales took some time and sat with me in the car, helping me to understand some of the many features on the vehicle.
