I had a great experience buying with Austin Subaru! I can see why I have only heard good things about them. Everything from the staff to the free coffee bar was great! Everyone there was super friendly and easy to talk with. Steve the sales person who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly! I did not feel pressured to buy and actually showed up three different days to test drive. I wanted to make sure I got the right car for my needs.

Even the person who helped me with the financing, Danny, was patient and took his time to go over everything with me. I wanted to make sure I understood everything that I was buying and did not want to purchase a lot of "extras" that would put me over my total budget. I even got a better percentage rate than my local credit union was offering.

I'm very happy with my new Forester and the experience I had buying it with Austin Subaru. I only have good things to say, so go test drive a Subaru with them and see for yourself!

When I first walked in I was greated with absolutely amazing customer service from the receptionists where I met Mark. THE absolute definition of excellent service and assistance in helping me find the right vehicle! I have never purchased a car from a dealership and Mark knew my budget and was never overly salesman like. Mark put up with me for a couple of weeks and he was the absolute best and answered all of my questions and calls for a couple of weeks. Bless his heart! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! When he went out of town for a couple days he handed me over to Briana who also helped me. She was the absolute sweetest! Love talking with her on my test drives and also helping me! Danny the finance guy helped me also stay within my budget while still getting everything I wanted in a car! THEY ALSO HAVE THE CUTEST MASCOTE! Super cute!
