Willing to make a deal on the phone, polite, and willing to deal, we ourselves got a great deal on a used sports car. They were prompt, kind, and free flowing with info about the car, hard to believe that I'm saying they were honest because they are a "used" car dealer, but they were completely honest... Give them a shot, you won't get ripped off, like other dealers.
