Walk in on Fri Jan 5 '24 morning.  With a slow air leak from '21 Golf GTI left rear tire.  Service Writer Elijah Peters did a fantastic job to get me checked in, and reassured the issue would be addressed promptly.  A little while later, the nail through the tread was removed, hole plugged, and I was charged a very fair price for the repair effort.  Bonus, the car wash.

As it turns out, it was the same salesman (AJ) that I bought my previous vehicle from almost 6 years prior. No hassle, no fuss.
