Working with Kellie to buy a car was a great experience. I appreciate how quick to respond she was to texts, and how relatively straightforward it was to make a deal happen for buying a new car. I think you should always expect some level of negotiation to happen during a car sale, but at least for this dealership I didn’t feel like my time was being wasted in that discussion. I never was asked to wait in the lobby for 40 minutes at a time as the salesperson was “looking for the car”, or any of that stuff that normally would have me leave in a bad mood. The dealership itself is nicely situated and looks pretty modern. There’s the usual amenities, like coffee, etc while you’re working something out too which is nice. I don’t know what it’s like in the service department, but here’s hoping they serve donuts or something as a little pick me up when you’re getting your car serviced there. EDIT: Service department is also great! I had to get the parking sensor switched out on my car and the whole process was super easy. I definitely recommend this dealership

If you need to make a trustworthy deal quick… ask for Robert Escamilla… he’s very knowledgeable and well detailed in his field of work. He made sure my family and I were comfortable, and helped the process go very smooth. 10/10 service. I’m hoping to come back soon for a second purchase at this dealership because of Robert’s professionalism.

I love this dealership. Every time I go. I get the best quality of work and service. Kelly was absolutely great as always! He's such a pleasure to work with, very friendly and informative. He goes out of his way to help you and give you key tips on how to keep your car running & performing good.

Transparent, friendly, effortless transaction - Angel's demeanor on the phone was friendly and accommodating, despite the fact that I had called near closing time. It may have been a few minutes after. He took the time to check on the availability of the vehicle I was interested in and setup an appointment and test drive with John Shea. Communication continued to be attentive without pressure - both John and Angel worked with me to ensure I got the truck I wanted and the transaction would be beneficial for both parties. There was a genuine, personal aspect that was certainly appreciated. Lastly, Annie showed the same personalized touch from the financial department. I highly recommend visiting Autonation Acura South Bend and seeing what they have to offer.

Great Dealership!! I sold my Jeep to Acura South Bay today and had Preston as my sales/vehicle inquiry guy, he was not only ready for me when I arrived, he was very pleasant to deal with. (You know when some people like their jobs) He got me in and out within an hours time and gave me a very reasonable price on my vehicle. He made me want to come back and buy a car from him just for making the process so easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to sell a vehicle or buy one. Can’t go wrong, just ask for Preston when you go in. Also may I note- the whole vibe of the dealership was great as well, from the sales manager to the additional staff, nobody walked by me and didn’t say hi. All around, GREAT experience.
