Gina is the best. When I call to inquire about a car that I wanted she had told me the one I wanted was still being built and no other dealership around had anything like it on their lot.
I asked her to put a hold on the car that I wanted to purchase it and  if needed I'd put cash down on it.
Gina kept me updated weekly for about a month until my car arrived at the dealership.
The same day I came down with everything Gina told me and had already prepared with insurance and money for the down payment.
On arrival I was greeted with extremely friendly staff and got right down to business.
The process went very smoothly due to the fact that I was prepared and knew what to expect.

It's nice to see that there are still places that care about quality customer service! I actually have a person to communicate with and a direct line to call for service. The people I've met there so far are all really friendly and helpful. It's one of the few places that still has the option for a loaner car when needed for people like me who live far away and have a difficult time staying there all day for bigger services.

Overall great experience. Never fun trying to negotiate a deal on a car but it boils down to people. We’ve had a great connection with our service manager Cole K. and when I needed to replace my vehicle I took his recommendation on who to discuss buying options with.  We were impressed with Jonathan K. Who had no pressure but wanted to help us out in our situation with empathy and compassion. Jonathan worked with on options and we were able to settle on a good deal.  He settled us with others at closing that were able to tweak it even more. We even were treated great with additional sales in accessories by the head of parts. The culture and experience made us happy with our choice.
