One of the true tests of a car dealer are the interactions with long distance/out of state clients.  I expressed interest in one of their cars and was connected to Sergei.  After talking a little about the car, I was able to arrange a pre purchase inspection.  He took time to accompany the inspector.  Needless to say, Sergei knows how to choose a car to sell!
Paperwork was digitally delivered expeditiously, and the offer to assist with transport was handled as well.   Sergei even kept me up to date with the whereabouts of the transport right until delivery.
All paperwork and temp tags were provided, and the title was express delivered.  Because of this, I was able to get the car inspected, register it and get permanent plates the next day.  I couldn’t ask for better communication and consideration.  Highly recommended!

Found car they had on lot. My 18 year old granddaughter was looking for specific car. When I first approached lot wasn't sure because it is smaller lot. But these guys are amsome . Went in was given keys right away to go look at car by Joel . They didnot follow us out like other dealers that gave us time to look at car thoroughly on our own. Then worked with Joel . He looked at financing for us but decided cash would work better for us . What an amazing person not salesman he took time with us . Made sure we new all ins and outs of process . All the guys were great. But if you want a guy with a true understanding of how to make a customer happy . Joel is the guy!!! Thank u Joel for making our experience a true happy moment family purchase!!!!!

I will buy a car again from this dealership. The manager, Mahfuz and Sergei were very honest people. They are willing to work with you. This is honestly the best dealership I ever worked with it because a lot of dealerships I have worked with tried jipping me but no not this one And I'm happy with the car that I got.
