As always, Jacob provided excellent customer service. It is a joy to see him each time we visit Baldwin Buick. He is the best customer service representative that we have encountered at any establishment throughout our lives. I hope Baldwin Buick knows what a gem that they have in Jacob.

I left a review yesterday for 1 star but I changed my mind and deleted it.This dealership needs 5 stars for having the oldest salesman in the country that know nothing about new cars or trading new cars. I’ve purchased at least 20 personal cars in the last 10 years and these guys take the cake on what cars are worth. I was going to buy a $100,000 truck from these guys and they were to dumb to deal. Worth 5 stars for stupidity
