I have to say that my experience today when purchasing my new Mazda was supreme. The staff and agents I dealt with were the most professional yet kind and friendly people I have ever experienced while purchasing a car. Everything went so smooth and was done so well. Definitely a five star experience.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the service center here! Miss Dominique was so kind and helpful and she explained everything clearly. I drove around with David to show him what was wrong with the car and he validated the noises I was hearing. A week later and a new part ordered, my car sounds completely fixed now. I came to Barker in Houma after the Mazda service center in New Orleans charged me thousands of dollars for repairs that ultimately created this problem. They were unhelpful and told me there was nothing wrong with the car after two more visits from the original repair. I’ll never know if the repairs were even necessary in the first place or if I got scammed, but I’m just happy that I made the drive to Houma and got all the service I needed. I will be coming here from now on!

Kris was amazing at helping me get my loyalty award when my car was totaled. Troy was great at getting me what fit my needs for less money than what I was originally expecting to pay. And James was outstanding getting me the interest rate and had me in and out in less than hour. Great job everyone at Barker Lincoln Mazda of Houma!!!

The sales lady Nikki was very nice and respectful to us during our whole experience. She made us feel welcomed and helped us through the whole process of getting my son a new car. A wonderful environment
