10/10! Went on friday to check out some cars, wanted to see if I could get my first one. Stephen was a great salesman, let me test drive some cars. He was very outgoing and made the whole process more comfortable. I went back the next day to see if I could get the car I wanted, I didn’t understand much but Stephen helped and explained everything. He made conversations and jokes and made the process better. Bought my new 2024 Tundra a couple weeks ago and totally love my new truck. I had two Tacoma's prior to this purchase and the Tundra is heads and shoulders above both of them.
The staff at Battlefield was great. Channing (my Salesperson) was knowledgeable on the features of the truck, answered my questions with ease, and worked with me on the pricing. Luke (Sales Manager) and I came to an agreeable price on the new Tundra, made sure I received the military rebate, and we came to an agreeable price on my trade-in. Emily (Finance Manager) talked me through all the pricing details, worked with me on pricing on a couple packages I was interested in, and made sure I understood all the numbers. The entire staff was friendly an awesome.
