I just had the most wonderful time buying my latest truck from Caitlin Balanay at Baxter Subaru of La Vista! I was very anxious to be car shopping so suddenly after my accident but Caitlin helped put me at ease! She drove the truck to me for a test drive. I absolutely loved how it felt so we went to the dealership to proceed with purchasing it. She made the buying process smooth and quick (something you never say for car shopping) and overall amazing!! I would definitely recommend seeking a car from Caitlin at Baxter Subaru if you’re in the market!

About a week ago, I started the process of getting my very first car. And when I tell you it was the most simple, easy, and thorough chain of events that could have possible ensued, I would be making an understatement.

The saleswoman, Becky was incredible to say the very least. Not only was she friendly, but she got the job done incredibly quick. Another note able member of the team was Tyler. He made the paperwork experience go by wonderfully fast, and the whole rest of the staff made me feel welcome and proved to me that they were genuinely excited for me to get my car. Everywhere I went I heard an excited, “Congratulations!”.

Before I knew it, I was in and out within an hour. Great job, Baxter Subaru of Omaha for hiring top-of-the-line employees, taking extreme care of my car while it was in service, and providing an experience I will never forget.

This has got to be one of the smoothest car buying experiences I have had.  Ryan was our single point of contact, took car of all the paperwork via the phone and explained everything. Then had the accessories we added installed ahead of schedule with a nice delivery.

Highly recommend Baxter Subaru.  Worth the drive from Bellevue.  I don’t think the dealers there will go to this level to serve.

BAXTER SUBARU OMAHA IS PHENOMENAL!!

I was recently in the market for a new car due to an accident and Baxter Subaru Omaha made the process easy, quick, and enjoyable.

I reached out because my father had purchased a new car in 2023 and had an amazing experience.

The same day that I submitted my information, I received a call from Angela Emerson. Angela was kind, showed that she truly cared, and answered all of my questions and never made me feel bad when I asked to think about certain things or time to do my own research before fully committing. Angela made sure that I had every detail in front of me so I could make the best educated decision possible.

Within 3 days of speaking with Angela, I headed to Baxter Subaru Omaha to make the final purchase. I was greeted with a warm smile and a warm welcome.

The experience with Angela was amazing and quick, she answered all of my questions and even showed me a lot of the car functions. By the time I left, I had a good understanding of how my new Subaru worked

Before I left, I met Matt Copeland and a couple of other workers that were able to install the roof racks that came with the car so I didn't have to. I remember Matt a lot more because he spoke with me about the car, the services that they offer and ensured that I could contact him.

6 days later, my car experienced a full flat tire due to road debris. It was Sunday and everything was closed. I was able to contact Matt Copeland and was able to receive information about roadside assistance and options that could assist me. Since a lot of places were closed, I had to purchase a new tire.

I contacted Angela the following day and they were able to assist me further to ensure that I was taken care of. I also received a call from Matt to ensure that someone had contacted me and that I had found solutions to all of my problems. He was very helpful and informed me again of their wonderful services that could help me in the future.

From beginning to end, my experience with Baxter Subaru Omaha was amazing! I truly felt like they cared about me not only as a customer, but as an individual. Employees like Angela Emerson and Matt Copeland are valuable, and I hope that they continue to help those around them, because they truly helped me and I am forever grateful.

This is my first ever brand new car, and I will never forget the experience I had when I first got it, thank you Baxter Subaru Omaha and Angela and Matt????
