Sterling and Sam the Mechanic helped repair my 13 year old Toyota Corolla. My case was interesting to say the least because I had to use two loaner cars within about a month as MY Toyota was getting fixed. -Yes, it got frustrating not having my car BUT Sterling did provide me with Lyfts and two loaner cars with ease and professionalism. Sam the mechanic made sure my car was fixed and safe to drive. He even replaced my spark coils so that they were all new as I had one replaced recently and needed to replace another. He just replaced them all so that they were all fresh and new and he didn't have to. So, Thank you again Sterling and Sam for your service. see you guys later!

I came in with an idea of just MAYBE leaving with a RAV4 xle, Katie and David made that happen for me. Katie made the buying process feel so seamless for me. She kept what I was looking for in mind with a few of her recommendations and I was sold! David in the finance department made sure that I got the best packages without exceeding my monthly budget. My parents started purchasing vehicles from Beaman in 2006 when we relocated to Nashville. They always had great experiences. So when my husband and I were on the hunt for a new vehicle, we knew just where to go. We found about 5 used vehicles online that we wanted to go test drive. When we got there we were assisted by Octavius. He was very friendly, thorough, and patient as we had a very tight budget and needed a reliable family car for me to cart our toddler and baby around in. We were being super picky and he didn’t even bat an eye at all of our requests. He was so incredibly helpful! My only piece of constructive feedback would be that many of the vehicles listed online we were told we couldn’t see. It just seems like they shouldn’t be listed yet if they’re not ready. Other than that, 10/10 experience. We love our “new to us” SUV. Go to Beaman and ask for Octavius!
