Donna has been the most pleasant Service Advisor I had worked with. I had brought my vehicle in for service which turned out to not be a simple fix as I thought. Donna kept me informed and communicated very well of the process of what was being done and about how long it would take, other local dealerships have never done that.

I stressed the importance of having my vehicle as it’s the only vehicle I have. Donna ensured my vehicle was safe to drive before allowing me to leave while she ordered the part. The part came in sooner than expected and Donna had me scheduled at my convenience to drop my vehicle off and install the part.
