Great experience for a first time buyer. Sales man Alex is a great guy and very helpful during the process. Very easy to get along with. And Jake the finance manager is a real life saver. Big big help on the financial side of things and was very willing to negotiate and agree on my terms. Recommend dealing with these 2 guys

We worked with Jose at Bell Honda and he was incredibly knowledgeable and listened to what we needed. We told him our budget and he helped us pick the right vehicle for our needs and he didn’t try to upsell us. He didn't do any of the typical back and forth other car salespeople do with cash down and payment changes. What we said we could do, they did. Great experience. Over the past year I have had to schedule routine and last minute maintenance and repairs 3 times. Faith Williamson has been my advisor and she has done an outstanding job coordinating the service appointments, communicating with the service team and finding a way to get done what needs to be done. I am never left in the dark and I am confident in the recommendations Faith has for my Honda. As long as Faith is my advisor, I will continue to get my vehicle serviced here.

They were prompt and very courteous the whole time I was with them. In addition, they also were flexible working with my needs during the purchase. I will say that Ashley especially is extremely friendly and personable, which I appreciated as I had to try juggling my time here with some external issues that cropped up while I was on site
