Memet was a very nice gentleman, even after having to deal with me. In my opinion, he went above for me. And considering that Saturday I was not going to buy the car because of financing. But after some effort, we managed to get a deal done. And keep in the back of your mind that I live in central New York, 5 hours away. But they worked their magic and now I have my beautiful new, to me anyway, 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie! Thanks to Mike as well in Finance as they DELIVERED it to me. You guys rocked it!!!! But their service after the sale is a little off. Took about 3 weeks to get answers and still waiting on my plates, as they issues a temp tag. And for the price they charge for the service, I would think they could get it done a little quicker than this. And sometimes, the woman in the title and admin was a little rude when I spoke with her about this issue. Maybe she did not understand that I am out of state but that should have been obvious considering they KNOW when I am calling and where I live. That is the only real issue I have, but it doesn't take away from the sales experience, just the service AFTER the sale.
