Memet was a very nice gentleman, even after having to deal with me. In my opinion, he went above for me. And considering that Saturday I was not going to buy the car because of financing. But after some effort, we managed to get a deal done. And keep in the back of your mind that I live in central New York, 5 hours away. But they worked their magic and now I have my beautiful new, to me anyway, 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie!

But their service after the sale is a little off. Took about 3 weeks to get answers and still waiting on my plates, as they issues a temp tag. And for the price they charge for the service, I would think they could get it done a little quicker than this. And sometimes, the woman in the title and admin was a little rude when I spoke with her about this issue. Maybe she did not understand that I am out of state but that should have been obvious considering they KNOW when I am calling and where I live. That is the only real issue I have, but it doesn't take away from the sales experience, just the service AFTER the sale.
