They showed me where to leave the car and said they will take look at the problem. The part they needed was not in inventory. They ordered it and when it came in they fixed my problem within 24 hours. Teresa, the service manager was outstanding, professional.
I had a minor issue with the cost of the repair. Teresa looked at the issue, and made an adjustment, satisfactory for both sides. Teresa handled the issue. She is an asset and a valuable member of your team.
