Sad to say but generally I’ve had some poor experiences when buying a new car – basically a process that I’d be happy to avoid. This was the most surreal car shopping/buying experience of my life.  I didn't know customer service existed in any retail forum at this level. I was impressed with the way Dennis Codd kept me informed  on rhe progress of my service. I was also impressed with the video of my car's status.
I would have rated the service at 5 stars except for two things. I went to the Newport Beach facility only to find that the dealership had recently moved to temporary quarters in Costa Mesa. I should have been told this. Secondly, the prices for service are exorbitant!
