Sorta bought this truck online. Saw it, so I called, paid a small deposit so it wouldn't sell. Talked to the salesman Manny who held it for us. We couldn't get there for a week due to work. Manny sent us videos of whatever we wanted. Videos of the outside, inside and answered all of our questions promptly since we were 2+ hours away. We have them all our necessary info before hand so once we got there we test drove it. Loved it, sat in the financial section for maybe 20min and we were out the door. I'm liking this online buying if you know what you want and what your looking for. Both Manny and the finance guy (sorry, can't remember your name) were awesome. Would I come here again? Absolutely! Recently purchased my truck through Bergstrom Ford from Brett Willems. This was by far the best purchasing experience I have ever had. There was an absolute perfect attention to detail, Brett and the entire Bergstrom sales team went above and beyond to get me the vehicle with all of my needs and with the accessories all taken care of prior to me taking delivery. I bought a Maverick and the whole process went well. I have never purchased anything new before, so I have nothing to compare it to, but we are very satisfied. I stopped at Bergstrom Ford in Green Bay looking to lease a new car. Mat met me at the door and asked questions to what I was looking for and how much a monthly payment I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and had me test driving a vehicle I found on their website. After all was finalized I drove a 2024 Ford Edge out of their sales garage. The staff at Bergstrom Ford were amazing to work with. I was recently in an accident that totaled my car and we got to meet Haley who guided us through the process of getting a new vehicle while waiting on insurance and all of the other hoops. Haley was kind, patient, and sat with us on 3 separate occasions to help us make the right decision for us, all while doing this being short staffed and giving up her personal time to ensure that we made a decision we were comfortable with. The managers we spoke with as well as the finance office were all exceptional as well and made this process a lot less tedious than it could have been. We cannot recommend Bergstrom Ford enough!
