I had a great experience at Bergstrom Ford. My F150 starter went out on Sunday, knowing I couldn’t get anything done I did my own troubleshooting and was 90% sure it was the starter. First thing Monday I called my regular (closest to me) and they could not get me in for two weeks. So I called Bergstrom and they gave me 3 choices on Monday, so I had my truck towed there for my appointment at 11:00 am. Bergstrom had it done and delivered it to me, no charge at 4:30 pm, same day! Paying online was quick and convenient!
