Car checked out in very good condition. Gave a deposit and came back to get the car 2 weeks later.

Bought a 2007 Dodge 2500 Cummins. Nice truck. Clean on the inside, but underneath was covered in mud. Air filter was so dirty u could knock the dirt out of it (which is terrible for a diesel). The AC hadn’t been checked at all, after being on the lot for a month. After I checked it, and told them it wasn’t blowing cold, they added freon and then it turned cold. First guy I attempted to negotiate with, thought he was gonna play hard ball and got up and walked out, after I made my initial offer, which I thought to be slightly rude, but CARLOS stayed and continued to negotiate. He was friendly, and we finally came together, on what, I thought, was a fair price for us both. After getting home, and trying to use the 4wd, I realized it wasn’t working. I got out of the truck and looked under it, to find THERE WAS NO FRONT DRIVESHAFT!! How anyone that inspects a vehicle, misses that, is beyond me!! I immediately called them, the next business day. The owner agreed to pay for HALF of the $400 driveshaft. He sent me $200 through Venmo, as we agreed on.

Overall, the sale price on the truck was fair, I believe. I felt, they did mostly everything they said they would do. They sent me money for the driveshaft, when I guess, technically, they didn’t have to. So I thought that was a nice gesture, and it made up, for part of what I lost on my tax deductions. I would give it a 4/5, but Carlos made it happen, and I’m happy with the truck!
