I highly recommend that you call Denise . When you get there ask for Pat and Steven.  They are the best.  I can't remember the names of all the people that went above and beyond.  I can remember Dan and Eric. Also, they have a lot of nice cars and if they don't have what you want, they will take you to Bev Smith Toyota.  You just can't go wrong.  They won't let you.  I just wanted an upgrade and drove off with a brand new car. It's Beautiful ????????????

Overall i had a good experience. I think they do good work here but they are just overwhelmed with customers because the city has grown so much. Took 2 days to finish working on my car but its because they were booked with appointments. Once they get more staff the turnaround might go faster.

Also would be nice if they washed the car when they returned it. My car was covered in dirt/dusk like I was drove through a desert.
