They work really hard to meet the best service quality and they achieve it. Many thanks to Oliver, Micheal, Chris and all others working behind the walls to provide such nice service. I visited 3 times for regular checks and they returned my car shining after each visit.

Well, I just had my fifth service visit in five years, so I guess a report is in order. I bought a very nice, as new, less than 8k mile Cadenza from a different dealership in April of '19. I needed a Kia dealer to service it, and Beyer was one of the closer ones, and seemed easier get into and out of than others. I just yesterday had yet another annual service visit; one a year works for me, as I drive very few miles. My service advisor for this visit was Michael Torres, but my experience this time was similar to others. I typically look at recommended services for the mileage and time periods that are about where my car sits, and pick from them which to do. The dealership does exactly what I ask. There have been occasional visits in which they recommend a service that I have not specified, but in every case, it has been one that it would be quite reasonable to suggest, given the information that they have. More often than not, I may have good reason to say that I think the car can do without that for this round. (I have a little background in tires and auto service) Not a single time have they ever pushed harder to get me to do that service, after I said no to it. And never once did they suggest any service that was totally uncalled for, trying to run up a bill, as I have experienced at more than one other place. Always polite, and I do not recall a single time the estimate for time in shop was exceeded. The waiting area is very comfortable. Car was washed and interior vacuumed on return to me. Prices have always been reasonable, and I have been very happy with both the car, and the service I have received at Beyer.

We have always received excellent service and customer care from Beyers Kia! We have two Kia’s, a 2014 Cadenza and a 2017 Sorento and always get our maintenance and repairs done here because they prove themselves time and time again! Thanks to Service Manager Chris and our Service Consultant Bryan, and the many other staff at this dealership for making our experience 5 Stars!

We have bought EIGHT Kia cars (2x Sportage, 2x Optima, 2x Telluride, Cadenza, and Sorento) from this dealership since 2011. EVERYTHING works smoothly here with their long time known sales staff, knowledgeable service department staff, multiple follow ups after the service, and the feeling of inclusivity you get at this location. Omar Pinto has been my sale rep since 2011 and no matter when I get there, he’s always available on the phone and in-person. Chris Pervatt, the service department manager, has been there for many years and always respectful to demands from me and other car owners.
