The service department was fantastic. I bought my car there in '21 and go back for guard duty once a month-- during that time I got an engine oil low indicator !! I was stressed out and they did a wonderful job of getting me in and back on the road. Very thankful. This is the only dealership in America I have ever dealt with that has integrity, honesty and morals. The sales team is honest (I have purchased a new Subaru in the past) and the service team is beyond incredible. The whole experience is the opposite of what you expect from normally getting screwed from dealers. We bought a used Jeep and the sales process was no pressure, it recently had some maintenance issues and Don Beyer Subaru handled it honestly and fairly. I am going back to Subaru from years of Honda just because of this dealership.
