We stopped in to help our 18-year-old purchase his first car. Tony Bennett helped us and while it was a little busy that day we had good conversations with him while we waited! (Seems like a good sign if a business is busy). He was very knowledgeable and never pressured us about anything. I have had a few bad experiences with car buying from other companies in town so it was nice to have this experience! I would highly recommend buying a car from these guys!

This is long over due, I bought a used 2020 Forester back in March of this year from Zach and the service I got here was exceptional! I had huge trust issues from being screwed over by dealerships before and these guys were so helpful in making my husband and I feel comfortable with zero pressure as well. They aren’t pushy and the cars they are selling work and are in the best used condition! We will be returning in the future when the need for a new car comes up again. These guys rock and I am in love with my new car still almost a year later!

I needed a one ton truck to pull my toy hauler. When I arrived at Big City Motors in Sioux Falls I was greeted by BJ. I aready did my research and told BJ what vehicle I was interested. He let me take a test drive and I told him I would take it. After having the truck for a few days the ABS system was acting up. I called BJ and explained what was going on. He told me to take it to Billion to have it looked at. Then he told that Big City Motors would cover the cost of the repairs. I would definetly recommend Big City Motors for they are very professional and also willing to work with their customers. Two thumbs up also goes to BJ for all his help.

I wish I could give big city motors more than five stars!! my salesman BJ was beyond amazing. He showed me vehicles within my budget and did not pressure me to spend any more than what I mentioned I was there to spend! And btw I found my dream vehicle!!! The vehicle was then sent to be looked at, and also detailed and once they receive vehicle back Rod realized they spent a little more than intended on maintenance for the vehicle and some very nice tires. Rod still let me have the vehicle for what BJ originally priced at for even with adding all these extra labor fees as well as parts to the vehicle! They knew what my budget was in Steel. Keep their word on keeping the deal on my new vehicle.!!! I can’t begin to say thank you enough for y’all working with me!!! I would recommend big city motors to anyone looking for an honest Carlot and anyone looking for a very nice/dependable vehicle!!!

Big City Motors was exceptional to work with. They were upfront and honest from the beginning. It has a small town atmosphere with big city quality and selection. They were no pressure, but they also were very fair priced. The best car buying experience I have ever had, much better than the big places around. Very personal and easy to work with.
