He was very understanding when I had a last minute cancellation of my pick up date and very flexible to reschedule at another time. The date I picked up my vehicle was designed to reduce the time needed to finalize everything including financing. Overall it was a good experience for me. Purchasing a vehicle is always a stressful process however The Sales and Finance team at Bill Colwell Ford made this a smooth transaction. I purchased a 2021 Ford F150 Limited.
Braden, my sales contact, was very responsive to my texts and emails throughout the purchasing process.  I purchased this truck remotely after seeing it online, not seeing in person nor test driving as I lived 500 miles away.  Braden made sure I knew ???? what I was buying with a video walk around and assuring me that their 100+ point inspection was completed.  Braden arranged transportation from the dealership to my door step, there were a few hiccups with the specific transportation contractor used but it ultimately made it back to Indiana safely.
All in all Braden, Dave and Blake were great in answering any truck related or financial questions I had during the purchase my my 2021 Ford F150 Limited.  I would highly recommend this dealership and would purchase from them again.

All of the staff are great. While I ended up not finally settling on a vehicle to purchase, Tyler in sales was great to work with as was Jeff  the manager.
