Omg Bill Harris Chevrolet!!! What an amazing staff. Everyone there made the car experience of buying so easy. Emily Long has got to be by far the best sales-woman I have  ever done business with. She is totally amazing and very beautiful. I bought a 2023 Jeep Rubicon She made the deal work. I can appreciate or thank her so much from the bottom of my heart ?? She made the moment very special for me and that comes a long way. It was a friendly atmosphere. I cannot believe she made my dream a reality. Sometimes you cross a person in your life that makes a world of difference in your life, and I’m truly indebted to her. I will say that the other staff was down home friendly. Finance manager was a really really nice guy as well. Everyone who I completely dealt with. There was totally awesome. This made my car experience of buying a car and my dream car the best plateau of my life. They have definitely earned my business in the future. Really enjoyed working with the staff who just doesn’t sell cars But they make the car buying experience right for you. Bill Harris Chevrolet rocks whoever owns this dealership should look at their staff and commend them very well. If I was there, boss, I be soever proud to have staff like this working for me. I might be a little biased as my family has used Bill Harris for as long as I can remember; but each time I've either stopped in for service on a vehicle for a family member or to purchase my own, I've been treated like one of their own. Each and every person I've interacted with has made a connection that was personable with the knowledge that my vehicle gets me to and from my job in Columbus each day. It's about the trust and connection that has been instilled via values that make me feel comfortable entrusting Bill Harris with not only the sale of my car but by way of service as well.

As a little acknowledgement, Emily is absolutely fantastic to work with and her energy and passion in what she does is noted. When I purchased my car this year, she made the whole experience so much easier than I could have imagined as a first time buyer and I appreciate it so much. Not everyone would go out of their way to make someone feel at ease with something that could change their world. I absolutely look forward to working with her in the future eventually when I do come back for another purchase.

Secondly, Doug in the service department is phenomenal to work with in terms of troubleshooting potential problems. My check engine light had come on during my commute to and from work when I brought my car in this past week for its needed oil change and I, of course, panicked as I can't get to work without means of transportation. He made me feel at ease straight out of the gate and was able to troubleshoot with the service techs to find that the light was absolutely nothing to worry about.
