Had a great experience with Bill Talley Ford. My salesman was James Lynch. He was fun to work with and very nice and patient. Hes been around in the auto industry for a long time. I would recommend him. They did not have the color Bronco I wanted on their lot so James and Marvin looked around and found one at another dealership and got it for me. Monica in finance was so easy to work with and super nice and upbeat. The finace part was painless and quick. I'm excited about my new 2024 Bronco sport. I would recommend Bill Talley Ford.

Making the appointment by phone was quick and easy.  I dropped the Bronco off the afternoon before the scheduled appointment for a state inspection and oil change.  They called early the next morning stating it was ready.  I dropped by after lunch and the state inspection had been performed but not the   oil change.  They apologized profusely and said they would take care of it immediately.  It was ready in 40 minutes.  This is very unusual, and they quickly rectified the situation.  They provide five-star service, but this little glitch earned them four stars this one time.

They are excellent everytime I come. Extremely friendly staff. Always make you feel welcome and are very attentive to your needs as well as very observant and always make recommendations when needed in reference to your vehicles service. The best part of all is you are in and out in a reasonable time frame. This weekend I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth she was a gem enjoyed her company while I was there! :D

I have always had a positive experience using this quick lane for service. I make an appointment, and they are always on time, and never had any problems with the service I have received. I have other options for service that are closer to my area, but I choose to drive a few miles farther to use this service.
