Went to a previous dealership who was low balling me on my trade as well as overcharging me for the truck I wanted so I reached out to Charles who understood my schedule and what I wanted and even had the vehicle waiting for me. He was so great that he even stayed an additional 2 hours late until the deal was done and I enjoyed my experience so much that we bought a another car the next day in a 2024 bronco.

What a refreshing buying experience! I purchased pre-owned. I want to say that it was nice buying in a very low pressure environment. Cory took fantastic care of us. He was very patient, provided insight, and just made sure that we got what we wanted. The man from financing, I believe his name was Ken, was also very efficient and helpful. We went here because of Eddie in service being so great when Ive been taking my Fusion here for years. I always said that when it was time for a new car for myself or my wife that we would be going to Bill Utter first. Turns out we went here first and only. We met Jacob Mooney who sold us the truck and he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and Chris in finance was amazing as well. Overall this was our best buying experience ever! We didn't go in today with the plan to leave in a new car but we have absolutely no regrets!

Outstanding service from beginning to end. Timed our oil change at your location while on vacation trip, traveling from Ohio. Arrived for the oil change with half of Nebraska along for the ride (no offense Nebraska). Eddie kept me informed via text and then when service was complete he called personally to update me. Billing was completed over the phone and when I picked up our vehicle on Sunday when you were closed I was amazed to find our Ford Transit Connect perfectly clean and detailed. Cory and Patrick were very helpful in the process of me purchasing my first car and Chris in financing was able to help me get my payments to a number that worked with my budget. I came down from Killeen which is 2 1/2 hours away but even when it was past there closing time they did not rush me.
