Rob and his Team redefine the word 'Class'. I don't know why a couple of people here gave poor reviews (but ONLY a couple), since I spent the day with Rob and I have never met a more honest businessman. There was also an associate named Peter on site today and he gave me a lengthy tour of the premises, which I greatly appreciated. I've only seen places like this on some  TV "reality" shows and had no idea that such a unique specialty vehicle enterprise actually existed in Vancouver. I was beyond impressed with the whole operation.  A special mention to all his guys, Dunston in particular.  I saw everyone there working hard, all day long. And met some of Rob's friends who were the most interesting individuals that I've encountered in a LONG time. I could live there!  Rob: PLEASE adopt me!  Though I do have a father already (pictured) with me today buying another diesel Jetta manual.  See what I mean? SPECIALTY vehicles - this was the only one for sale in all of BC!

About 11 months ago, I came across Rob’s Facebook marketplace ads and was immediately taken away by his exquisite collection of vehicles. I texted him regarding a classic Mercedes and went to view it after my college,  while he was leading me to the vehicle, I told him that I wasn’t actually a buyer but instead, was looking for a job. I had done my homework on him and his work,  It caught him off guard but he was extremely patient with me while I explained why I pretended to be a buyer to have his attention and talk to him in person for a possible opportunity. He was more than welcoming even though he had to run to the bank to solve some errands, he let me stay there and check out his cars alone on a promise that I wouldn’t touch them. He leaves me alone for approximately an hour and when he comes back, he attentively hears what i had in mind and he very calmly explained that he simply was too occupied in his finances to hire me for any role at the moment. He asked me if I wanted coffee and escorted me outside. Later, we even used to share Instagram reels on the topics we talked about. Being a 20 year old, in a brand new country, It is still an experience that moved me in a way to be a much more humble person.

This is a great little dealership run a guy who really wants to sell in a friendly, knowledgeable, zero pressure environment.
I was looking for a unique car that is very rare in North America. To my knowledge, there were less than 90 sold in Canada in the year I was looking and even fewer registered. Rob was happy to give me the Carfax, receipts of the mechanical work he’d had done, and answered every questions I could muster.
When it came time to make an offer, he was respectful and came through with all his promises and commitments about the car. Oh, did I mention I flew in from Edmonton to see the car and make the deal? I flew out to visit with him and see his shop. This was a great mini holiday. He’s got a great collection of classic and modern classic cars as well as some very well maintained local cars. Rob and I test drove my car from North Van to Horse Shoe bay. Nice light headed chat and let me really open up the car and get a food feeling for the SUV.
Rob worked out warranty for the vehicle, delivery, and even guaranteed the car would pass the out of province inspection. And he meant it! He covered the small thing (new battery) and diagnostic fees (he covered everything) as he promised.
Look through the inventory and talk to Rob. If there’s something you like, talk to him about it. Better yet, go in and talk shop and enjoy his amazing and eclectic collection of great vehicles.
If you told me I was going to buy a car from a dealership in another province and no get screwed somehow, I’d laugh. But I got a car I’d been looking for at a fair price with assurance and amazing service!
Thanks Rob, you’re a rarity in this business!
