Excellent service received from the start to finish by two nice Gentleman Jason Martinez and Gino Cavazos. The entire team involved Patiently Worked with us from getting a test drive to handing us our New 2024 BMW X7. Jeff was great too with getting us the right Warranty Package as per our needs with his expertise. The New vehicle know how was greatly handled by Mr.Bill & Juan (Thank you all at the front desk receptions as well) Overall for our Family is was a very wonderful experience. My vehicle was totaled in a hail storm about a week ago. We had the pleasure of doing business with Jason Rucker at BMW of Austin. We purchased a used Cadillac from him. Jason went above and beyond to make sure that he was fast yet very accurate and made sure we had no questions. Everyone at the dealership was very kind and personable and even made sure to make conversation with our 12 year old son so that he felt included. Took my car in for service last week with Calvin as my service advisor. He was amazing to work with and had great communication. The technician was able to identify any and all issues with my vehicle. Parts manager. John was fantastic as well. Everything was reviewed in detail with me before making final decision on repairs. For as long as I’ve had my car, I’ve always taken to BMW North Austin, but will now start servicing my vehicle at BMW of South Because of their superior service. Let me give a shout out!!!! To Cory Rutherford. He is amazing, very polite and kind person. My experience was very positive. He helped me to get my Lexus RC 350 in a very smooth and nice process.
