Took my car there to get an oil change and there was a Bmw Ultimate Care Oil Service deal that they recommended. 3 years of unlimited oil change for $225. There was also issue with my Bmw X3 active grill was not working properly and turned the check engine light on. My warranty was already expired but Bmw had extended warranty specifically for active grill issue. Service director Jonathon stepped in and helped to solve the issue. They fixed it under warranty.

Whole service department was super kind and clean inside. You can sit and watch your car while in service. They have very good waiting area with snacks and drinks. My service advisor Bailey was an awesome guy and informed me with every step that they are taking during my service visit.

My visit took more than a day and they provided a loaner for me. Overall satisfied 10/10
