One week ago, I leased a beautiful 2025 BMW X3 M50 and couldn’t be more happy!!  From the moment we called to inquire about this specific car, Greg Locastro (sales associate) made every effort to make our shopping and purchasing experience the best and most easy that we’ve ever had!  He’s very personable, knowledgeable, and professional and made us feel completely comfortable every step of the way.  Getting to an agreed upon price was just as painless as the shopping experience, thanks to both Greg and the General Manager, Isa Williams.  They were both phenomenal to work with and I would highly recommend Fairfield BMW to anyone.  We will definitely be back when my lease is up to work with Greg again!

I never purchased a BMW from this dealership but regardless BMW Fairfield has always givrn me the best dealership experience. I used to own a 16’ 328i that was on their records and it’s had several recalls and needed maintenance. BMW Fairfield would always send credit on oil changes and maintenance info for the car. I have had the pleasure of brining in my 328i when I owned it and these guys treated me like I drove a high end BMW. I can’t say the same for other dealership experiences. But these guys kept me in the loop and always worked for my business so as a small token of my appreciation I wanted to give some much needed recognition. Thank you Fairfield BMW.

I can say that buying a car here was my most pleasant experience ever. We had two young kids and they accommodated them beyond my expectations. They had snacks. They had a small booth reserved for us. They handle all financing internally so. I need for third parties. It’s amazing! They had a play room to keep the kids busy while I handled the business of buying a car. Our agent Greg, really wanted worked with us to get us what we needed to buy the car. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive. But he listened to us and was able to get us what we needed to buy our car. He had our car detailed and fueled ready for us when we got there all the way from the SF Bay Area. Honestly compared to dealerships in the SF East Bay where we had just tried to buy a car before deciding to make the trek up here, this place is a cut above.
