I had to replace the back rim on my 2022 X4 due to curb rash. Bryan was very helpful with the initial call and follow up. Text to give me advice on estimate, length of repair and availability of the wheel. From the day of the call to the actual Delivery of the wheel took only a few days and I was able to take it in the following day and they were able to replace the wheel realign the wheel and do some overall systems check. A wonderful perk-they provided complimentary Lyft To & Fro from BMW. If you’re in Palm Springs and need your BMW service, I would highly recommend Palm Springs BMW and look for Bryan.
