This was my first time visiting BMW Roseville ‘s Service Department and my experience was very positive. I worked with Rocky and he was fantastic; very patient, kind, and communicative. He helped inspect my car and informed me about what was needed and what it would cost. He also explained concerns to be aware of for the future. The explanations were verbal, written, and sometimes included diagrams - I mention this because everyone learns differently, so it’s nice to have options. While waiting, I was treated very well and they made sure I was comfortable. This isn’t the closest dealership to me, but it is the one I will continue to return to for any of my service needs. I decided to give this Service department a try, because I had such a positive experience with DJ in the sales department. He comes highly recommended as well. Overall, a great experience all around and I highly recommend their team.

Brought my X3 in for oil service and multi-point. Laura is my service advisor and she does a great job, even changes the batteries in my key fobs. Nick stopped in to say hello. Brendan was also great. Waited for service and was done in about 1 hour. Dealership is very clean, every employee professional and friendly. Top notch.

The staff there was exceptionally courteous and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I worked with Nyphon and Rocky. They greeted me promptly and took the time to explain all the service details, ensuring I understood what was needed and why. The service team was thorough and efficient, completing the work quicker than anticipated without compromising on quality. I highly recommend them for any BMW servicing needs—definitely a five-star experience!
