We were driving from a couple of hours away to look at a used vehicle. Oscar quickly responded to our chat asking if the vehicle was available and even sent us a video so we could decide if we wanted to come over. Once we got there they sent us on a drive, alone, which was perfect to let us check the vehicle out. Oscar was busy but made us feel like his main priority. Everyone we met that day was happy and genuine. We left with a great vehicle that checked all our boxes. Well worth the drive, we'd do it again.

I had an amazing experience, at Lithia, in Kennewick. Everyone there was very nice and the environment was fun and laid-back. The Finance Manager, Brian Molina, in particular, was awesome! He went above and beyond helping me throughout the process and with my unique circumstances. You can tell he really cares about what he is doing and making sure that you are taken care of and not just trying to push services on you that you don't need. I highly recommend these guys!

Worked with Sebastian, and just got a call from him a week after the sale. Why did he call? Genuinely just to check in and see how we are liking our purchase. Did he need to? Nope... Did he promise to check in on us? Nope... He just did it anyway, and his manager called us too. The level of attention and customer service has just been excellent. Did I mention they showed me the Carfax and book value on my truck before I even test drove it? Did that on all five trucks I checked out. Let me take all the time I wanted. Did I mention that it was zero-pressure? Did I mention that I went in with what I thought was decent financing in hand and they found a better bank that beat mine by 3% on the interest rate, savings me 100$ a month? 3000$ below book value by the way. So yeah...when it's time in a year or two to replace my wife's vehicle, guess where I am going first? Hope Sebastian is still there :)

I purchased my car back in September, and when I purchased it, I also purchased the lifetime (free) oil changes. I utilized it for the first time yesterday, and everything went smoothly. Made my appt online and took it in. I did have to wait about a little over an hour, which is unfortunate. But it wasn't too big of an issue, as they have a comfortable waiting area with drinks, popcorn, and vending machines available.
