I drove 3 hours because my son had his eye on a car at this dealership. I would never have gone if I didn't have a good feeling about the sales guy I spoke to that morning. Mike Todd gave me a good impression with his honestly & understanding of the fact that I was considering this long drive. When we met in person, I knew I was right, he was honest and straightforward & made the transaction go as smoothly & quickly as possible. I was relieved & grateful the road trip wasn't a waste of our time & we left as happy customers.

Took my GTI for a DSG service and warranty service. Have used Boast in the past and their service is excellent. Cassey, my service advisor and another service advisor I work with explained everything in detail and were very helpful answering questions. They even did a video walk through/review of the car which I received prior to conclusion of service. The service manager followed up with me as I was leaving and seemed like a genuine guy. Very happy with this service and services I have received in past.

There are so many positive things I can say about the people who work in the service department! They are efficient, I was in and out in no time when I dropped off my car for repair. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. Cassey was wonderful! she was right on top of every detail. I also received a video of some of the issues the mechanic found with my car, which was extremely helpful. Their prices are fair and I would definitely go back again.

The reason why I continue to come to Bob Boast Volkswagen is that I always felt like the people who worked there had my best interest and looked out for me.  I have to say that 5 stars isn't a high enough rating for Casey, she has restored my faith in Volkswagen.  She has gone out of her way multiple times to help me, my daughter, and my sister, who all own Volkswagens.  She is always honest, kind and caring.  She makes customers feel like they matter, and that she is there to help us.
Casey is the reason why I tell all my friends an coworkers about how great Bob Boast is.
