I worked with Rolando, he was excellent to work with. The whole thing was super easy, I applied online, and was only in the dealership for a couple of hours and was on my way with my new car. Everything was explained well, everyone I spoke to was super nice, very personable, sharing small details about their kids as I had mine with me. They washed the car and got gas for me so everything was ready to go. 10/10 would recommend visiting, if you are in need of a new car.

I had an excellent experience with the team here. Josh helped me test drive the Acadia I was interested in and went all out in helping me take it home when I decided to purchase. Overall I would an will recommend anyone to definitely come and see them here the next time they are looking for a vehicle. After I got home, I also found out from my dad that he also bought his current vehicle from them as well. So that is at least two people from my family that have had excellent experiences here! We were very pleased with our buying experience with Michael and the entire sales team at Boise Volkswagen. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. They promised not to sell the truck to anyone else while we drove a few hours to come look at it. Considering it was a very busy Saturday, we really appreciated that curtesy. They gave us a good amount for our trade in and that was also very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend Michael and Boise Volkswagen.

Purchasing a car with a child is never a fun experience, except here. Our daughter fell in love with Evelin who not only educated us on our new car, but also entertained our daughter the entire time. Our daughter would not leave Evelin’s side and it made purchasing the car such an easy process! Nick was also great with explaining things and also just talking to. Overall, this was by far the easiest and best car buying experience!
