Stopped by to look for a used vehicle for my daughter... her car was recently totaled and we are in a pinch for another car.  I own a late model Kia Forte and was experiencing a strange noise coming from the engine bay.  I hadn't had time to take it in, and when I had just finished up with the salesman (Troy ...and unfortunately didn't have a car on the lot that fit my needs), I asked him about having someone from the Service Dept ride with me to hear the noise.  He took me to the service dept and I talked with Stephanie.  She was super nice, and had a technician with me in 5 minutes.  After a short ride with Gibby, he and Shawn (another technician) put my car on a lift and checked it over while I waited.  They gave me a short explanation of what they did to verify the noise and what could be done to remedy it.  The whole time, Stephanie, Gibby and Shawn were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to help me without an appointment!  I appreciate their excellent customer service and willingness to help.  Would recommend for sure for all your Kia service (and car buying... though I can't speak to detail on an actual transaction) needs!

I went in today to assist my friend in her car purchase. Paul was absolutely an amazing salesman!! Our situation was a bit frustrating and I totally understand that, however, Paul went above and beyond to meet our needs.  Very honest man, and it was obvious!  I appreciate that man greatly!
