I contacted Borjon, based on a family recomendation, following an exhaustive local and internet search for an interior panel for my family's 2013 GMC Yukon (which I purchased, used, through Borjon in 2014). Due to "supply chain issues," the part was universally unavailable through OEM and aftermarket retailers. The Borjon crew and parts department kept me informed of the status and relayed information from General Motors regarding the part. The service I received exceeded my expectations of a local dealership or autoparts supplier and they are 350 miles from my home. The part was literally on my doorstep 28 hours from the time Borjon confirmed my order and said, "we'll ship it out today."

Grateful for a 5-Star experience at Borjon Auto Center. This was our first new vehicle purchase in a very long time. Our sales person, Moises Palacios, was well-versed on the entire GMC line of trucks. Every question we had was answered. We purchased the Sierra 1500 SLT. Financing was easy. The experience was hassle-free. After the purchase, Moises walked us through the GMC app and explained the functionality and technology of our new truck. We also have Moises's cell number to txt him should have any questions or need help with the app or features. Finally, a big thank you to Moises not only for a hassle-free, pleasant buying experience, but for his service to our country as a U.S. Navy Seal. Thank you for your service, Moises! ~ Tom & Maureen

The folks at Borjon navigated me through a 2022 purchase of my new 1500 which ended up being a drawn out process due to the supply chain issues at the time. The team was very patient with my incessant questions throughout and were very professional. The purchase process was smooth and despite a couple issues originating from the factory (that have since been resolved by Borjon’s service team) my truck has been great. Keegan is an outstanding service manager. I’m fully satisfied with my Borjon experience.

We just bought a 2024 1500 Denali Ultimate. Our salesman was Moises and he did a phenomenal job helping us out. However, I don't think you could go wrong with any of the people that work there. Over the several weeks that it took for our truck to come in, I went to visit, and the other sales reps were also very helpful. Clayton and Ron were very generous with their time and very knowledgeable. One thing that struck me as I did not feel like I was surrounded by sharks looking to poach each other's customer. Over the course of the month my truck was inbound delivered, Moises was very good at keeping me updated. Once the truck arrived, the service on delivery was exceptional by any standard. Moses walked me through every feature of the truck as well as the GMC iPhone app. This included setting up on Star, which what is especially useful since I had multiple accounts and he helped compile them into a single account. I have bought a car at five dealerships in San Luis Obispo and one other in Paso Robles. This is my seventh local experience and I must say it is the best.
