A Fantastic Car Buying Experience with James and Patrick!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Boston Motorsports Alfa Romeo dealership, and I wanted to take a moment to share my utmost satisfaction with the exceptional service provided by two outstanding individuals – James, my Salesman, and Patrick, the Business Manager.

From the moment I walked onto the lot, James made me feel welcome and comfortable. His warm, easy-going and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. As an older woman buying a car by herself for the first time, I had anxiety about the process, even after my extensive research. There was no need.

I was impressed by James' extensive knowledge of the vehicles on the lot. What truly stood out was the low-pressure approach he took throughout the entire process. James wasn't just focused on making a sale; he was genuinely invested in meeting my needs and preferences.

James patiently answered all of my questions, provided valuable insights, and allowed me the time and space to make informed decisions without any pushiness. His professionalism and honesty created an atmosphere that made the car-buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciated the transparent and straightforward manner in which he conducted business. And when I asked him to "sharpen his pencil" he did so with a price that was exactly in the range I wanted to spend, based upon my prior research!

Moving on to Patrick, the Business Manager, a "high pressure back room" is almost a cliche in the new car buying business, and I was on guard, expecting the worst. However, here also I was equally impressed.

Patrick's dedication to ensuring a smooth and transparent financing process was evident from the start. His honesty and integrity shone through, making me feel confident in the choices I was making and the dealership I chose.

Together, James and Patrick made an unbeatable team. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, low-pressure approach, and honesty set them apart in the car-buying industry. Thanks to their efforts,I am getting my dream car. I feel not only excited about my purchase but also grateful for such a positive experience.

I experienced a seamless transaction w/ BMAR that was antithetical to the stereotypical used car buying experience...There were no high-pressure sales tactics used (or any pushiness in general), nor did I get inundated with messages/calls after I indicated interest.  The price of the car advertised online was very similar to its final price, which I've come to appreciate is not the norm.  Most importantly the car I purchased was represented very accurately and there were no surprises upon receipt.

Chelsea was very informative and straightforward from the beginning of the process, and extremely responsive throughout.  My correspondences with her and Patrick in the finance department were easy and clear, and devoid of any manipulation/unsavory stuff you may experience elsewhere.  I'd strongly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate buying from them even from out-of-state (as I was/am), knowing that you're in good, reliable hands.
