In both cases, the process was incredibly stress-free because unlike other dealerships, the sales team is empowered to make you a good deal from the first moment you talk to them. When you buy a car from Brattleboro Subaru, you should still obviously do your homework to make sure you know what car you want and what is a fair price.  In my case, I saw one they had on their website that was what I was looking for.  It was listed with a decent discount already displayed.  I had them add a trailer hitch and the deal was sealed very quickly.
Brattleboro Subaru will follow-up with you after the sale as well.  And, in my case even though I live across the river in NH, they still will help you with the initial details involved in registering, inspecting, etc.
