We enjoyed our experience so much. From the very first day of looking at vehicles. With such a busy schedule we connected through phone and were able to drive in to the dealership and test drive and do our paperwork. Ricardo Payan was our sales man and he did an amazing job, from his friendliness, kindness and to providing all we needed through the signing process and even now gets in contact with us to ensure all is still well and we are enjoying the vehicle. My mother is beyond happy! In the future we will definitely consider coming back to Bravo Cadillac.

The professionalism offered to us by Jesse our Service Writer was outstanding. We have an aftermarket Wheel & Tire Protection Plan that wasn't even purchased at Bravo Cadillac - but through another source - It's an excellent plan and one of the wheels on my wife's Cadillac was damaged by a road hazard. Jesse contacted the Company - they approved the repair and he took care of all the details. He was excellent in his job - his customer care - and making sure the car was serviced and repaired to our satisfaction. Furthermore - we didn't purchase my wife's car at Bravo Cadillac - but Jesse was not concerned about that - he was focused on giving us the best customer experience we could have.
And that we did. We will be back for Service and future car purchases.
