Brickell GMC is an example of what a good dealer should be. The service department advocated for me to get my repairs covered under warranty. In my opinion, they are the best dealer in town.

I initially reached out to BLM for support with a vehicle I was interested in. Michael Alfonso reached out to me immediately and ensure all my questions were answered and provided a purchase order. Michael’s customer service was exemplary which is something you don’t see nowadays. The vehicle I purchased did require some touch up in terms of clear coat to a light housing and other miscellaneous requests from me. They addressed it all in a timely manner and went out of their way to ensure I had a rental. My experience with the dealership has so far been fantastic with no complaints. I would do business with them in the future without hesitation.
