As a millennial I never imagined myself having a dealership I’d be loyal to. I’m definitely of the shop around for the best deal crowd. Bud Clary Auburn has truly earned my loyalty. From sales to service, the customer service and education is top tier. I have had my fears of being taken advantage of, over charged, and manipulated by dealerships. Instead I am treated as family, cared for beyond expectation, honestly informed every step of the way. This has boosted my confidence and faith in car buying and maintenance with the BC team. Service is timely, they call/text (real person not automated) with valuable updates, pricing is market comparable and they try to help prioritize need based services so I’m not just dropping all of my pay into my vehicle. Sales ensured I left the lot with wrap around care for my car: insurance, warranty, maintenance packages and reminders set up, follow up on how the car was working for me genuinely! This is unmatched, I am set and happy to call Bud Clary home.

I can't rave enough about my experience purchasing a car from Bud Clary. Every staff member I interacted with was not only friendly and helpful but genuinely seemed to love what they do. Our journey to purchase a new car had us interacting with 3 different Bud Clary dealerships. One thing that stood out to me was the consistency across the board. It wasn't just one exceptional salesperson or service advisor; it was everyone. They all exemplified the values of Bud Clary Dealerships, from the sales staff, the finance manager helping us with paperwork to the service advisor who gave us a tour and explanation of the features of our new car. At the Auburn dealership, Stephen and Kim took great care of us and it was evident that they both took pride in where they worked. This pride translated into exceptional service and a genuine desire to make my car-buying experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Came in driving a 2013 Toyota Corolla, left with a 2023 Dodge Challenger. The process was super easy. Paul Kim was awesome. Really mellow. Had the opportunity to also meet Danny, Quinn, and Jeff.
