I had to tow my car to Bushnell to get fixed after my engine was blinking and misfiring. Ryan told me they may not look at it till later in the week however he ended up doing diagnostics and it was just the plugs. He was able to get new plugs on then and there and the issue was fixed. I can't THANK Ryan enough for doing this same day and so quick for even  though they were busy. He really went above and beyond to fix the issue for me so I didn't need to wait. Bushnell does a really great job and this is an example of excellent customer service. I will always come here. Thank you again Ryan!

They greet you by name every time you walk through the door. When you have a problem they get you in quickly and can always find a solution and fix it for you.

This is really one or two star review. But I don't believe in trashing the reputation of a business over one bad actor.  I've been taking my truck there for oil changes.  Over a month ago at my last oil change they found a warranty issue that needed repair.  Great. Well a month goes by.  I get a call from the service manager  saying they  dropped the ball on me . Part came in 3 weeks ago. We forgot to schedule it for repair. Ok fine it happens.  So I was schedule for the following Thursday.  They would pick my truck up do the repairs  and bring it back. That was suppose  to be last Thursday.  No show no call nothing? Now Tuesday the following week still nothing.  Thinking of checking out Horn ford
