We want to thank Patrick and the rest of the Service Dept. for diagnosing a "converter shudder" in our XT5 (our vehicle would shudder when changing gears between 20-30mph).  We had driven down for holiday from Canada and the last thing we needed was a vehicle problem.  We showed up un-announced at the dealer on a Saturday morning and they were able to get is in first thing on Monday morning.  We were out of there by 9am after having a full diagnostic, road test and inspection of the issue.  Ultimatly, they replaced the transmission fluid and put in an additive.  More importantly they reassured us that we were not going to get stuck at the side of the road.  Patrick is the Service Advisor that we dealt with and he was excellent.  Also a shout out to the tech Gerald Lemons and the Service Manager.  Great service!

Had my Cadillac 2020 XT6 service 4/3/24 for Rear AC blower motor, hands free lift gate sensor and oil change.
There was an issue with warranty date that could of gone either way but, Michelle and Patrick resolved the issue. My car was ready in one day.

Recommend Cadillac/GMC of Fort Walton Beach for anyone needing service. Top notch service waiting for your car/SUV.

My wife and I was interested to trade our SUV for an XT6 for the extra room (6 seats). The deal was not accomplished but, Pat in sales is Amazing! 5 ????? to Pat, an amazing person and salesman. Pat's character, personality, patience and professionalism was far above from all car salesmen I have ever encountered! Recommend Pat to everyone who might be looking for a car at this location.

Update! A few days after leaving the dealership without a purchase, Pat was able to work a very fair trade & purchase deal I could not refuse! I purchased an XT6 and looking forward for road trips.
